Finite difference method for solving partial integro-differential equations
In this paper, we have introduced a new method for solving a class of the partial integro-differential equation with the singular kernel by using the finite difference method. First, we employing an algorithm for solving the problem based on the Crank-Nicholson scheme with given conditions. Furthermore, we discrete the singular integral for solving of the problem. Also, the numerical results ob...
متن کاملglobal results on some nonlinear partial differential equations for direct and inverse problems
Integro - Partial Differential
We consider an approximation scheme for integro-partial differential equations which arise in the theory of linear viscoelas-ticity. This scheme is based on a modiication (to account for the singular kernel) of certain averaging type approximation methods for delay equations. We use this scheme to investigate the eeects of a history parameter (the delay length) on the behavior of the eigenvalue...
متن کاملBackward Stochastic Differential Equations Associated with Lévy Processes and Partial Integro-differential Equations
In this paper, we deal with a class of backward stochastic differential equations driven by Teugels martingales associated with a Lévy process (BSDELs). The comparison theorem is obtained. It is also shown that the solution of BSDE provides a viscosity solution of the associated system with partial integro-differential equations.
متن کاملA new perturbative technique for solving integro-partial differential equations
Integro-partial differential equations occur in many contexts in mathematical physics. Typical examples include time-dependent diffusion equations containing a parameter ~e.g., the temperature! that depends on integrals of the unknown distribution function. The standard approach to solving the resulting nonlinear partial differential equation involves the use of predictor–corrector algorithms, ...
